Colleen Stanley is president of SalesLeadership, Inc., a sales development firm that helps sales organizations integrate emotional intelligence skills and consultative selling skills into their sales and leadership processes. She is the author of two books, Emotional Intelligence For Sales Success, now published in eight languages, and Emotional Intelligence For Sales Leadership, with a new one out later this year.
