Payments: When you purchase a membership, payments are processed securely by PayPal. Top Sales Archive does not directly receive or store your full payment card or bank account details. PayPal processes your payment information in accordance with its own privacy policy.
Account and security services: Information may be processed where necessary to administer member accounts, authenticate users, send password-reset information and protect the security of the website.
We may also disclose personal information where required by law, regulation, court order or another lawful authority, or where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
We do not provide member details to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.
How long we retain your data

Archive AI Assistant: Conversations with our Archive AI Assistant may be logged to enable us to operate, monitor and improve the service. Chat logs are normally retained for 30 days and are then deleted.
Website analytics and security information: Information collected for website analytics, security and fraud prevention is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes. Some information may subsequently be retained in anonymised or aggregated form where it can no longer identify you.
We periodically review the personal information we hold and delete or anonymise information that we no longer need.
