Sales

Recent exhaustive surveys suggest that only 5% of professional salespeople reach and remain at the highest level, which we call ‘Level 3’. A further 15% attain ‘Level 2’ status, but the majority i.e. a massive 80% remain at ‘Level 1’ in terms of potential achievement. This significant category covers ever area of frontline sales and is designed to assist those who want to aim higher and be the best they possibly can be. It is a sad state of affairs but only 44% achieved quota in 2022, and according to Salesforce’s 2025 State of Sales report only 24% of sales reps hit quota in 2023, which is a massive drop and shows there is still plenty of room for improvement!
