We want membership of Top Sales Archive to be straightforward and transparent. This policy explains how you can cancel your membership, when your access will end and when a refund may be available.
This policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions. Nothing in this policy affects any statutory consumer rights that apply to you.
1. Cancelling Your Membership
You may cancel your Top Sales Archive membership at any time.
Unless you are entitled to a refund under this policy or applicable law, cancelling your membership will stop future renewal payments and you will continue to have access to the Archive until the end of the period for which you have already paid.
There is no cancellation fee.
2. Your First 14 Days
If you purchase an individual Top Sales Archive membership and decide that it is not right for you, you may cancel within 14 days of your initial purchase and request a refund of your first membership payment.
This 14-day period applies to your initial membership purchase and does not restart with each normal monthly or annual renewal.
We reserve the right to refuse a voluntary refund where an account has been used fraudulently or to copy, scrape, redistribute or otherwise misuse Archive content.
3. Cancellation After the First 14 Days
After the first 14 days, you may still cancel your membership at any time.
Your cancellation will prevent any future renewal payments. Unless a refund is due under this policy or applicable law, your membership will remain active until the end of the period for which you have already paid.
Payments already made for the current membership period are normally non-refundable after the first 14 days.
If you cancel during an introductory offer period, your membership will continue until the end of the paid period and no further payment will be taken after cancellation.
4. Refunds
We will provide a refund where required by applicable law.
We may also provide a refund where:
- you cancel within 14 days of your initial membership purchase in accordance with this policy;
- you have been charged more than once for the same membership period;
- a payment has been taken after a valid cancellation should have stopped future renewals; or
- a significant technical problem has prevented you from accessing the paid service for an unreasonable period and we have been unable to resolve it.
Refunds are not normally provided for:
- a change of mind after the first 14 days;
- periods of membership that have already been substantially used;
- failure to use the Archive during an active membership period; or
- suspension or termination of an account following a serious or repeated breach of our Terms & Conditions.
Any refund will normally be returned using the original payment method.
Where appropriate, we may offer a membership extension or complimentary period of access instead of a cash refund, but we will not do so where a refund is required by law.
5. Introductory Membership Offers
From time to time, we may offer discounted or introductory membership rates to new members.
Where an introductory offer applies, the price, duration of the offer and the standard membership rate that will apply afterwards will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.
If, for example, an introductory rate applies for the first six months, your membership will automatically continue at the standard membership rate after that period unless you cancel before the next renewal payment is due.
Cancelling during an introductory offer period will prevent future renewal payments, but your membership will normally remain active until the end of the period for which you have already paid.
Introductory offers are subject to any specific eligibility conditions stated at the time of purchase and may be changed or withdrawn for future new members at any time.
6. Failed or Duplicate Payments
If a recurring membership payment fails, we may contact you and allow a reasonable opportunity for the payment issue to be resolved.
If payment remains outstanding, access to paid membership services may be suspended until payment is successfully completed. We will not charge a cancellation fee because a payment has failed.
If you believe you have been charged more than once for the same membership period, please contact us so that we can investigate the payment.
Where a duplicate payment has been taken in error, the duplicate amount will be refunded using the original payment method wherever possible.
The time taken for a refund to appear in your account may depend on PayPal, your bank or your payment provider.
7. Problems Accessing the Service
If you are unable to access Top Sales Archive because of a technical problem with our website or membership service, please contact us so that we can investigate and try to resolve the issue.
We are not responsible for access problems caused by your own internet connection, device, browser, software, security settings or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If a significant technical problem on our side prevents you from accessing the paid service for an unreasonable period and we are unable to resolve it, we will act reasonably in providing an appropriate remedy.
This may include extending your membership, providing a complimentary period of access or, where appropriate, issuing a refund for the affected period.
Nothing in this section affects any statutory rights you may have under applicable law.
8. How to Cancel or Request a Refund
You may cancel your membership at any time through the membership or payment settings available to you, where this option is provided.
If you need help cancelling your membership, or wish to request a refund, please contact us in writing by email or through our Contact Us page. This provides both you and us with a record of your request and the date it was received.
Refund requests should include enough information for us to identify your membership and the payment concerned.
We aim to deal with cancellation and refund requests promptly and fairly.
Where a refund is approved, it will normally be returned using the original payment method.
Please allow a reasonable period for the refund to appear in your account, as processing times may depend on PayPal, your bank or your payment provider.
9. Your Statutory Rights
This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights relating to cancellation, refunds, digital content or services that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
Where applicable law gives you greater rights than those described in this policy, those legal rights will take priority.
Nothing in this Refund & Cancellation Policy is intended to limit or exclude any statutory rights you may have.
